Four key components of templates:

This is text you'd like to keep the same for every recipient. Important if you'd like to speak in a particular tone of voice, use industry-specific language, or communicate your offer in a certain way. Static copy ensures your core message remains intact.

2. Dynamic copy

Use dynamic copy to reword (or "spin") selected sections of your email automatically. This ensures that each recipient gets a unique email, boosting deliverability while keeping the content fluent and coherent.

3. AI-generated copy

Integrate AI-generated text seamlessly with your content. Use prompts to tailor the AI’s output based on data points like your recipient’s recent activity, pain points, target market, and more. The result? Emails that feel researched and personal.

How to get started
